Sentiment

To track the attitude to your mentions we have the Sentiment option.

Our system automatically assigns sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) to collected mentions using machine learning. You can also assign sentiment manually by clicking the Change sentiment button and choosing Positive, Neutral, or Negative sentiment:  

Right now this feature is available only for mentions in English.

Filtering mentions by Sentiment is easily done by clicking the Filter button, choosing the sentiment to sort by and applying the changes:
