Removing your Awario data

Here’s how to remove any data Awario has collected.

Remove mentions that were already collected

To delete mentions that were already collected, click on the Delete button in the bottom right corner of a mention’s card:

Note that in case you’ve deleted something by accident, you have a bit of time to click on the Restore button. The mention will be fully deleted once this notification goes away.

You can mass delete mentions by selecting them via the checkboxes found under the user avatars in mentions’ cards, and then clicking on the Delete button found in the top right corner of the Feed.

Removing an alert

To remove an alert with the results it collected, all you need to do is head into the alert’s settings by clicking on the gear icon, and then click on the Delete alert button at the bottom:

Disconnect social media accounts

To disconnect social media accounts from Awario, you’ll need to head into the project’s settings in the top right corner of the app.

After that, navigate to the Social Accounts tab.

There, you’ll be able to remove any previously connected social media accounts by clicking on the trash icon.

Removing your Awario account

All Awario accounts are deleted automatically once the following conditions are met:

  1. Trial accounts — 14 days after the trial period expires;
  2. Paid accounts — 30 days after a paid subscription expires.

In case you’d like to request your account to be fully deleted as soon as possible, please reach out to our support team at support@awario.com.

If you’d like to just cancel your subscription instead, please check out this guide — cancel your Awario subscription.
