Cancel your subscription
If you'd like to make any changes to your subscription — whether to change your billing details or cancel the subscription entirely — do not hesitate to contact us using the following form, or via the live chat available in the bottom right corner. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Otherwise you can take care of it yourself in the 2Checkout Customer Area.
To log in to the customer area, you'll need either your order confirmation number that was emailed to you after you signed up for a subscription, or the email address that you used when making the payment.
After creating an account and logging in, you'll find yourself in the customer area.
Next, to cancel your subscription, click on My Products.
Then click Stop automatic subscription renewal. You will be warned that once you've stopped automatic renewal, the subscription gets canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. You can proceed by clicking Stop auto-renewal.
