Modify or cancel your subscription
If you'd like to make any changes to your subscription, whether to change your billing details or cancel your subscription entirely, do not hesitate to contact us using the following form, or in the live chat found in the bottom right corner. We will be more than happy to assist you with this query.
Otherwise you can take care of it yourself in the 2Checkout Customer Area.
To log in to the customer area, you'll need either your order confirmation number, emailed to you after you signed up for a subscription, or simply the email address that you used during payment.
After creating an account and logging in, you'll find yourself in the customer area.
If you'd like to change your billing details, click on Payment Methods.
To update your credit card details, hit Update Card. Please keep in mind that you can't update your card to a different provider, e.g from Visa to AMEX. For that you will have to add a new card.
To delete your card details, hit Delete card.
Otherwise, if you'd like to cancel your subscription, click on My Products.
Then click on Stop automatic subscription renewal. You will be warned that after stopping automatic renewal, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. You can proceed to click Stop auto-renewal.
