Can I try Awario before I buy?

Sure! Just sign up for a free trial.

How does the trial work?

Awario trial grants you free access to the Starter plan, meaning you can create up to 3 alerts and find up to 30,000 mentions. After the trial expires, you can subscribe to a paid plan that fits your needs best.

If you decide not to subscribe to a paid plan, your trial account will automatically expire (you will not be charged). We'll keep your data for the next 14 days; after that, your account will be deleted.

What's the difference between alerts and mentions?

An alert is a keyword or set of keywords that Awario will monitor for you. A mention is a result that it finds. For example, your alert could be your brand name; if someone posts a tweet with your brand name in it, Awario will find this tweet as a mention.

Do I have access to my mentions' history?

Yes. Depending on the plan you choose, Awario stores from 3,000 to 50,000 mentions for each of your alerts, so that you could get back to your older mentions to review them at any time. Once the limit of mentions' history is reached, Awario will replace the oldest mentions with newly found ones.

Can I export my mentions from the tool?
The export option is available to the Pro and Enterprise plan users. If you are signed up to one of these plans, you can easily export your mentions into a CSV file for further processing.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept secure online credit cards, PayPal, local bank transfer, phone, wire transfer, real-time bank transfer (only for USA), WebMoney, Alipay and many other payment methods.

Is Awario sold as a subscription?

Yes. You will be billed monthly or annually for the plan you purchase.

Can I cancel anytime?

Totally! There's no commitment: you can cancel your Awario subscription anytime by contacting our support team.

How can I get a refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we cannot issue refunds for partial use of service or the amount of time left in your subscription.
