Exceeded mentions limit

Depending on your account plan, you will have different mentions limits. To learn more about the limits for each plan, check out our plan comparison table.

Right now we have two types of mentions limits: stored mentions per topic and the overall mentions limit.

Stored mentions per topic is the number of mentions each topic has in the feed, accessible at any point. When the alert reaches this limit, Awario starts replacing the oldest mentions with fresh, newly found records. Note that replaced mentions are still reflected in your report stats.

The overall mentions limit is the total number of mentions that can be collected during the monthly cycle, including removed and replaced mentions.
