Where can I find our payment invoices?
You should be receiving all invoices by email, to the email address entered on the checkout page when processing the payment. However, if you need a copy of the invoice, you can find it in the 2Checkout Customer Area. 2Checkout is the online payment processor that we use to handle all billing-related queries.
First, you need to create an account. To do that, please enter your email address or the order number that can be found in your payment confirmation email.
Once you’ve created an account, you'll be able to see your invoices. Access the Order History section and click on the order you want to get the invoice for. All invoices are generated as PDF documents.
