How do I upgrade my account?
All users can subscribe to or upgrade their plans from the Awario pricing page. If you’ve already set up an account, you can upgrade it to a higher tier right from your account settings. To do this:
1. Click on Account settings.
2. You’ll see the quotas for the current billing cycle. You can press Upgrade.
3. You will be taken to the pricing page, where you can pick a plan that works for you. If your monthly mentions limit was reached, you can upgrade right from the Dashboard.
If you’d like to upgrade to a custom package, please use this form: request a custom plan. Indicate how many topics you're looking to monitor, how many team members will be using Awario, and approximately how many mentions you're expecting to collect per month. If you have a set social listening budget, please specify it as well.
