As we use 2Checkout, a third-party payment platform to handle everything billing related, there can sometimes be delays in correspondence between 2Checkout and our subscription database.

In almost all cases, a little bit of time is needed in order to make sure everything has been processed, but if you think that there are still problems, do not hesitate to contact Customer Support with your order number and payment details, then we can take care of it manually.
