Connecting social media accounts
Connecting your social accounts to Awario lets you do 2 things:
1) To get results from social networks.
When you connect your account of a particular social media network (e.g., Facebook), the program gets more API credits, and starts delivering more results from this network.
2) To be able to react (like, share, comment) to mentions.
You will be reacting to mentions with the same account you have connected. So, if you’ve connected your personal Facebook account, you’ll be replying to Facebook mentions with your personal Facebook profile. If you’ve connected your corporate Facebook account, you’ll be replying to Facebook mentions with your corporate profile. If you’ve connected both, you’ll be able to choose which account to react with.
Note: Awario will connect the account that is logged in in your browser. If you want to connect a different account, open your social media page (Facebook, Twitter, etc) in a browser, log out of the current account, and log in with the account you want to connect. Then try connecting through Awario again.
