As we use 2Checkout, a third-party payment platform to handle everything billing-related, there can sometimes be delays in correspondence between 2Checkout and our subscription database.
In most cases, a little time is needed to make sure everything has been processed, but if you think that there are still problems, do not hesitate to contact Customer Support with your order number and payment details, and we can take care of the issues manually.
