Cancel your subscription

If you'd like to cancel the subscription entirely, you can take care of it via the 2CheckOut MyAccount area. Alternatively, just contact us using the following form, or via the live chat available in the bottom right corner, and we'll be happy to assist!

To log in to the customer area, you'll need either the order ID that was emailed to you after a subscription purchase, or the email address that was used when making the payment (i.e., billing email). Note that this isn't necessarily the same email your Awario account is under.

Once you've submitted an email address or an order ID, the access link will be sent to the billing email associated with your subscription.

Next, to cancel your subscription, go to My Products tab, and then click Stop automatic subscription renewal. You will be warned that once you've stopped automatic renewal, the subscription gets canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. You can proceed by clicking Stop auto-renewal.
