Plans and quotas

Currently, Awario offers 3 packages with different prices and monthly quotas. There are limits for the number of projects, alerts, stored mentions per alert, monthly limits of mentions, and users.

A mention alert contains your search query and the mentions Awario finds. To receive more relevant results, you can use multiple keywords in one alert.

The monthly mentions limit is the total number of mentions that can be collected in a month, including removed ones.

The mentions per alert limit is the number of mentions that can be stored in the mention feed. When you reach the mentions per alert limit, Awario stops collecting mentions for 24 hours or until mentions are removed manually. After 24 hours, older mentions will be replaced with new ones.

You can check your limits in your account settings. To access account settings, first, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the app.

Then, navigate to the Billing & Usage tab. You'll see all the limits, your next renewal date, and your payment history.

Awario is available as a monthly or annual subscription. In the course of a year, an annual subscription will save you 2 months. You can cancel your subscription at any point. If you need a plan bigger than Enterprise, you can request a custom package.

Note that you don't need a credit card to sign up for a free 7-day trial. There's no commitment either: you can cancel your Awario subscription anytime by contacting our support team.
